Returns
Eligibility:

– Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them.
– Items must have all tags attached and be in the original packaging.

– Personalized or custom-made items
Process:

- Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide return authorization if your return meets the eligibility criteria.
- Ship the Item: Once authorized, securely pack the item and include the original receipt or proof of purchase. Send it to the address provided by our customer service team.
- Inspection and Refund: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 07 working days.
Return Shipping:
– You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
– Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
